TERMS OF SERVICE

My commissions are open from time to time, there is no set schedule. I accept when I have time and have energy for commission work.

When a client commissions me, they must respect and keep in mind that 1) I work very slow 2) Have a personal life. 3) Struggle with mental health issues. 4) Have other commissions to finish.See Progress and Completion for deadline information!My work hours are from Monday - Thursday. Meaning all commission work and communication will happen on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Friday-Sunday are my days off where I’ll spend time on restoring energy and relax.The commissions will be done randomly from the list (depending on who has paid and who hasn't).Clients are welcome to ask how long their commission might take, and the amount of time depends on how detailed the commission is. If I am somehow unable to finish a commission, clients will be informed and refunded.I do not work well under pressure or stress, please respect this.PROGRESS AND COMPLETION
Work-in-Progress is as follows:
For Sketch commissions:
Basic sketch -> Detailed Sketch -> Colors -> Finish
For Full Render commissions:
Rough sketch -> Lineart & color -> Shading -> Detailing & FinishingEvery step will be sent for approval and alterations if required, HOWEVER, major alterations (such as poses and/or additions to the art) will be accepted up until final coloring, minor alterations such as color changes and minor details are fine until finishing. Any major alterations post-coloring or any step forward might be charged, up to the artist’s discretion.
(Depending on the amount of work required for altering things at that point.)Deadlines:
Sketches: 1-2 months
Full renders: 2-3 months
Full Illustrations: 3-4 monthsThese deadlines are for both artist and commissioner, in order to get everything running smoothly.PAYMENT
I prefer payment up front, but payment plans can be set up upon request.
I only accept payment in USD via Paypal, unless clients are Norwegian, then NOK is okay.
Payment happens with Paypal invoice, so be sure to send me your paypal address.If clients are Norwegian, payment via Vipps is also an option.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
The artwork received is for personal use ONLY. Any use of the artwork for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the artist. This will require a separate agreement between client and artist defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the artwork.Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, client does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
____Feel free to post the commission on other sites as long as you have credited and linked back to me. Keep in mind I will also post the commissions on my social media, with links back to the client (so be sure to leave in social media).All commissioned art will be watermarked.Removal of the watermark is not permitted, but you’re welcome to ask for it to be moved if the original spot isn’t to your liking.CANCELLATIONS
I reserve every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to the client.
Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the customer in the future.
